Warranty Information

Lexmark supports every product it sells with a comprehensive helpdesk and repair service for the life of each printer's standard warranty period that will give you peace of mind and protect your investment in Lexmark products. Whether you purchase an inkjet for home use or our largest multifunction printer for large workgroups, you will have access to experienced helpdesk staff to diagnose your problem and fast and efficient repair services when necessary.

Should a repair be necessary, then depending on the product you have purchased, Lexmark will deliver the repair services by an exchange service or on site repair.


Exchange Warranty

Lexmark support provides telephone technical assistance for any printer difficulties you may encounter. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone by the Lexmark helpdesk staff, we will ship to you a replacement printer, usually by the next business day. We will also provide you with the materials needed to ship the defective printer back to us.


On Site Repair Warranty

Where your printer is supported by an onsite repair warranty service you will receive assistance through our Lexmark Technical Support Center, and if your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will send a qualified service technician to service your printer on your site.

Lexmark can also provide ongoing support packages for customers wishing to extend the benefits of standard warranty. An Extended Warranty or Service Contract can provide customers with comprehensive services covering the supply of spare parts and labour on devices for when your base warranty expires.
